i Why this?

Ekadashi, the eleventh lunar day, is traditionally dedicated to Vishnu. Eating lightly and turning toward his names gives the senses a rest and the mind a gentle focus. The spirit of the day lies in simplicity, not strain.

Skip fasting if you are pregnant, diabetic, unwell or on medication. A light sattvic meal is a complete observance too.

Parihara are simple traditional practices for reflection and steadiness. They are not predictions, and not a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice. Nothing here needs to be bought.
